Specialbeans is a not-for-profit charity providing barista and hospitality jobs to people with disabilities. We operate from a specialist coffee van with top of the range barista equipment and supplies. We get to serve barista coffee and hot drinks to the public.

This opens so many opportunities to learn new skills, find our vocation, and to take part in a variety of activities involved in running a coffee business, such as barista skills and customer service.

Our SLES students will partake in regular Specialbeans projects including preparation, entrepreneurship, cash flow, barista training, stocktake, following instructions, and so much more.

Please note that our Specialbeans Program is reserved for participants who are enrolled in our SLES program only.
